The third full-length, self-produced release from singer-songwriter Christy Sechrist takes you on a ride from her romantic side (in tracks like “Complete” and “Nobody But You”) to the darker (on tracks like “Foolish Lessons” and “Novacaine”). The title track stands out as a strong, acoustic ballad exploring our weaknesses, for “we are only human.” A nice set of songs, but they seem to follow the same formula as her last album.
